My Name is James Iamundo and I have been playing soccer for 5 years. It may not sound like a long time but do to my passion, determination, work ethic, and mindset, I have been able to excel beyond expectations. I have also played hockey and baseball in the past at a high level but decided to follow my heart and chose to pursue my career and passion in soccer. My ultimate goal is to play professional soccer while maintaining a high level of education. I am currently a grade 12 student at Dr.Gw Williams Secondary School, and am going to hold back a year to develop in my game and take prep courses with the intention to go to post-secondary school in 2023. I have been fortunate to play on the high school varsity team and senior team in grade 9 and 12, with also being able to be the captain this year. I have excelled in cross country finishing top 20 and assisting my team to place third. I have participated in tournaments and showcases across USA and Canada, where I was able to perform and showcase my talent and have a great experience. I have been fortunate to play for quality teams in the past like International FC, Winstars Academy and I am currently playing for FC Durham. My main strengths are the following- Pace and Athleticism, agile, fast, great attacking and defensive mindset, very coachable, very hardworking and determined, great delivery, versatile, and always trying to make others around me better.
