October 2024 has seen several U16/2008 Girls teams excel in their respective leagues/ tournament competitions. Here are the top-ranked teams for the month:

- Pickering FC G16 | OPDL
- Performance: Pickering finished on top place in the OPDL.
- MSA Rebels | YPHDL
- Performance: MSA Rebels player for player has arguably one of the most complete teams in the country.
- Calgary Foothills | APDL
- Performance: Calgary Foothills added a draw and a loss to their their record, improving to 5 wins, 1 draw and 0 losses on the season.
- Glen Shields Juventus | I-Model
- Performance: Glen Shields Juventus won the Ontario Cup resulting in them moving up in the rankings.
- Coquitlam Metro Ford SC | BCSPL
- Performance: CMFSC are back on top of the BCSPL standings and picking up where they left off last season. Only 7 goals conceded in 9 games with a whopping +29 goal differential. They have 8 wins, 0 ties and 1 loss in the season.
- Ottawa South United | OPDL
- Record: 7 Wins, 0 Draws, 1 Losses
- Performance: Ottawa South United won the Gary Miller Charity Shield and finish third in the OPDL standings. Unfortunately, they do not make it to the PDP Cup next year, however, anyone that has watched this side knows how much talent they have on their team.

- Performance: Hamilton United have locked in a spot to the U17 PDP Cup next year with their impressive 2nd place finish and undefeated season in the OPDL, 7 wins, 2 ties and 0 losses.
- Burnaby FC | BCSPL
- Performance: Burnaby FC are right behind the divisional BCSPL leaders with a game in hand. +17 goal differential. They have 7 wins, 0 ties and 1 loss in the season.
- Royal Select Beauport | PLSJQ
- Performance: Royal Select Beauport secured our last spot in the rankings after finishing up their PLSJQ season in 2nd place.
